Jessica Kuhn
Owner and Founder of City Limits
I am a native of Colorado having grown up in Pueblo. I have always enjoyed hobbies and spending a lot of time outdoors. My family likes to joke that I was born in a saddle, I inherited my mother’s love of horses (and animals in general) and I started showing/riding horses as well as dogs with our local 4-H groups as soon as I could at 8 years old. On my father’s side, I inherited a love of sports and played soccer from the age of 4 up through my second year of college. Now I find myself spending time crocheting, making tumblers, and sewing. I graduated from CSU-Pueblo with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and promptly moved across the country to live with my now-husband. We have lived in 5 different states and 7 different cities since then. We finally landed back in Colorado and now call the foothills outside of Denver our home.
I stumbled into the real estate and property management business a little by accident. The first time we moved to Denver I took a copy of our new keys to our landlord and after talking with them for a while, discovered they were looking to hire someone while I was looking for work and I left that day with a new job. About 2 years later they ended up selling their company and introduced me to their good friend, Jessica, who was hiring. Jessica and I hit it off right away and I joined the City Limits team in 2015. Having worked closely with 2 different companies and agents has helped me gain different perspectives of our real estate world and has tremendously helped my knowledge of real estate and property management grow.
I take a lot of pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and have great customer service skills. I look forward to the opportunity to utilize my skills to help you as best I can.
