Managing your investment property isn’t easy. You might find yourself overwhelmed while trying to keep up with the regular maintenance and fixing the inevitable problems that arise; you don’t have to do it alone. City Limits offers property management services for select clients.
City Limits will do all the heavy lifting for you, we service our clients from the purchase all the way through leasing to a tenant and everything in between. We have a fantastic tenant retention rate and currently manage over $100K per month between 80 properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Leasing – finding qualified tenants and signing leases
- Payment acquisition
- Property maintenance
- Customer service
How It Works
We don’t accept every application for property management services. The Property Management Clients we choose to work with have a record of caring for their assets and their tenants and we hold them to a high standard.
Step 1
: We will do a deep dive analysis into your assets; this will provide you with information on the competition and market rents specific to your properties and their locations.
Step 2
We will meet you at your properties for a site visit to view your profile, this includes exterior and interior inspections.
Step 3
We will get a final analysis of your properties together and set a final consultation with you. In our final consultation we will discuss a detailed summary of your portfolio, what improvements we suggest for each property, if we are a good fit for each other, and our management contracts.
